No. 3 / Summer 1991



One more reprint issue, this time No. 3.  The original cover also adopted the 'seasonal' time frame in place of using actual months before the year for the release date.  



 Once more, I could not find one good photo of the original cover for issue No. 3, so I offer two mediocre reproductions found via eBay.  








 Scarlet Street could not escape criticism, and Richard Valley was never one to hold back his responses to it.  It wasn't long before the first bit of conflict was to appear, this time between writers, in the letter section of No. 3.
